as I understand it, yes... but it's meant more as a primer which you topcoat. I was thinking I might do the same thing on the winter beater (had to fix some rust there) but topcoat with higher build underbody paint. I ran out of time (it is now cold) so there's POR on there + I will just cover it in the thick rust proofing stuff + it will be fine...
I dunno how much 1 bead of sweat would do in a can, but they do say to not leave the can open + to paint from a separate container... I didn't do that - I just bought a small container + used it up completely. That container went pretty far. Unless I was doing *a lot* of painting, I'd just buy small cans... saves the hassle... clearly others have thought this too, as POR sells the little cans by the six-pack!
I will likely be doing the floorboards on the nice car this spring, htere was a little surface rust in there 2 years ago when I had the carpets out for the heat shield... don't want it to get bad like on the winter beater!
