brake bleeding....mityvac or pressure bleeding?

Saabers, I'm interested in a one man brake bleeding kit. I was browsing on Eeurparts and came across a pressure bleeding kit- where brake fluid is place in a reservoir, and pumped in , and one simply loosens the bleed nipple, and the old fluid comes out and the new fluid in. Supposedly, the cap fits over the 900's brake master reservoir.
Has anyone use this, and ho well does it work, or should just stick to the Mityvac, vacuum method?
Secondly, is it me, or does the classic two man method, works better than the one man bleeding method?
Thanks
