Yes, there are various adapters for "styles" of cars - the "euro" adapter fits just about anything with a Bosch brake system, including Saabs. It fits perfectly, as does the "Ford" adapter on Fords, etc. Put 10psi on it and it's good enough for bleeding at least two, and sometimes four calipers. It depends on how much fluid you need to remove. More pressure gives you more bleeding, but I wouldn't use more than 10psi on old/used hydraulic parts - I just don't think it's safe. Getting 10psi takes a few pumps, "topping it off" is not a big deal.
It's a great product and a huge time saver. The only thing I would recommend is buying something (brass fitting, etc.) to cap off the unit when not in use. Even a small amount of leftover brake fluid attracts moisture, and it sucks to end up with a bleeder that's full of water. I've tried bagging up the reservoir adapter but that doesn't work at all. Now I just remove the reservoir adapter and install a cap to keep the unit clean and dry inside.
