I would always use the 7's in a turbo. Only go to the hotter 6's if you have fouling problems.
Antifreeze should be annual if you use the green stuff, two or more years acceptable if you use G05.
As for vacuum lines, I think its 3.5mm (1/8"), 4mm should be OK if thats what you can find. THe main issue is that it have thick enough wall to be vacuum rated. 10 feet should be enough? that is, if you don't do the vacuum lines into the cabin and all the distribution lines for the vacuum actuators in the HVAC system.
