Clutch Slave replacement tip

I've struggled with clutch slave replacements -How do you collapse the slave if the system isn't working? Go to the autoparts store, get adaptors to fit into the slave, drill and tap to install a zerk fitting in the adaptor, and use a grease gun to collapse the slave. A piece of soft 1/4" copper line will work as the spacer. The other tool I made was to slice a 13 mm long socket down the side, weld an open end wrench to the socket to loosen and tighten the clutch hose. Another tip is when changing the clutch MC is to loosely mount the MC, attach the clutch line, then tighten down the MC mounting bolts. And getting the plastic clutch shroud off and back on? Its just plastic- push, pull, twist - you can't hurt it, it'll come off and go back on fine.
