Dear t,
Firstly, I had to confess that your post is very hard to read for an non-native english speaker (or reader, which is my case).
Secondly, knowledgeable TSN fellas came up with lots of advices varying from valve timing to ignition amplifier (although nobody mentioned a fuel pump yet, which is a good thing to blame given your issue).
If I were you, I'd start just an ordinary procedure: from compression check (with appropriate tool which is a compression gauge) thru all the wiring (with appropriate tool which is DWM) to fuel pressure (with appropriate tool which is 0-5 bar pressure gauge) and injector and cps signals (with, obviously, an appropriate tool which is an oscilloscope). So if I came up with some TSN post looking for an advice and claiming (e.g.) my fuel pressure to be ok, I had the certain values measured saying it was ok indeed.
Obviously, that's not that interesting as immethodical parts swap - that's why I decided to instead agree with another knowledgeable TSN fella on your header that came pretty close to one of the famous hits of 80's.
Cheers,
Zig (or Sieg, or Siegmund - whatever looks best to you)
P.S.
As a pure wild guess: if it isn't something mechanical like jumped off valve timing or clogged fuel pump, then I'd say that it is some wire which is almost broken (and thus giving some voltage, but almost no current under load) or having distorted insulation (and thus going shorted to ground or other wire sporadically).
