Car has been sitting for about 2 years and started a complete engine and ecu wiring rebuild well over a year ago. It was all back together around T-giving, but it wouldn't start....injectors were not seeing pulse. Finally, pulled out ecu harness and noted that female pin 25 did not have a ground. I mean not a broken ground, but no ground wire in the ecu connector. Fortunately, I had a donor ecu connector, removed the ground, plugged it in and it fired right up.
What I don't understand is that this same ecu harness worked before I started this project. All I did was remove bad wiring/connectors and splice in good wiring/connectors. Very strange. Anyway, it was nice to hear it burble again.
