easily? especially the indirect piston, the one with the e-brake lever sprouting out of it. If this piston does not move easily then your outer pad drags -- these were terrible calipers and in rust land they got replaced every 2 years. Good quality pads have the shim or taper built onto them and need no grease or anti-squeal goo. Also if your caliper hoses are swollen inside they act like a check valve and cause the pads to drag. But usually bad hoses feel really strange brake wise.
