If it is leaking into the well behind the seat, you have separation between the rear glass and the fabric below. Or you've been to a car wash that sprayed horizontally and blasted water between the rear curtain and the top. Get that water out of there or you will get condensation issues in the car when that water starts evaporating. My Chrysler convertible has drains in the well that flow through tubes to under the car. A good idea that I'm surprised SAAB didn't think of.
If the top has been replaced, you could have a cracked tack strip, or the rear trim piece that covers the staples could have had the screws put back on in different holes, leaving the original holes open to leaking. That usually shows up in the trunk though.
As others have said, sloshing isn't always behind the seat. The drain nipples under the car between the door and the rear wheel get clogged and the body fills with water. You can actually pull those nipples right out of the car, exposing a 3/4" hole to drain the car. Clean the nipple out and reinsert it.
On my '93 vert, I've got a "sometimes" leak at the top of the door windows where the weatherstripping is split for the top to fold. Usually it is not a problem, but every now and then it leaks there.
