Just installed a parts car motor and everything runs however there is a steady flow of coolant coming from the waterline attached to the turbo, it looks like the gasket is blown. This is the same turbo unit that was in discussion awhile back showing a pic. with excess oil down in the shoot which is suspects that the turbo is blown.
Now question is, do I remove the unit from the car and replace it or repair the water gasket while the unit is still installed and go tooling down the road with it to see if the turbo oil seals are really blown.
I added the pic. of oil down the shoot. So whats the vote. repair the gasket for the water line, or remove and replace entire unit.
