The 2.1 3 bar fuel pressure regulator has to be used with this whole 2.1 swap because the threaded inlet is larger (hose and all!) than the one on your original 2.0 regulator. I like the 2.1 fuel pressure regulator brackets better because it's made with a built-in angle that moves the regulator away from the hood so I use them on my own cars with my 2.0 rising rate regulators. Not all 2.1 heads a pitted so hopefully you'll be okay! The biggest performance gain in my opinion is that the 2.1 heads don't have the dissimilar intake port heights where one of each pair has it's roof lowered. This design was to create swirl in the combustion chamber for low end but I've never noticed any advantages! Going with a 2.1 with an added turbo makes for quicker turbo spool-up but of course you can't run as much boost! If you did end up going that rout I can share some info on things like retarding the intake cam a bit so the boost doesn't have to be turned down so much. Also with that setup I recommend a stone stock TE05-12B turbo, the little 12B compressor wheel works great for a low pressure turbo setup!
