As Jimmy said, you'd have to replace the whole roof to get all the support framing. Doing this by cutting where, and welding what, and sealing seams how, all to be figured out. And the end results are going to be very prone to rusting at all seams, not dipped and sealed in epoxy paint as factory body work was. Then there are the drain lines from the sunroof pan to run down through the bodywork. And, if electric, the cables down to the motor that sits at rear of trunk. As well as the wiring. Oh yes, also, need new headliner panel, also to be carefully harvested from the donor car.
Nice to dream but not realistic. Find a car that already has one in it.
Are there any aftermarket ones that are any more than tip-up skylight panels?
