cut the bolts with a dremel - the whole thing will be off and cleaned up in <15 minutes... check your heat shield while you're in there... I also go for ss bolts for the assembly... no significant cost and might disassemble next time if required...
removal is easy... hardest part is alignment of the exhaust in the reinstall so everything is tight and rattle free... agree on the ease of replacing the whole shebang from the cat back also!
