Actually it occurs to me that that is a really hot bolt after the engine runs for a bit and thread sealant might not hold up. I use #2 Form-a-gasket anytime I need to seal threads but not lock them like on engine to trans. bolts and inner driver housing securing bolts but those don't get really hot like a turbo housing will. So now I think that maybe the thing to use is a copper washer. Anneal it and place it under the bolt head and torque it down. The oil will run down the bolt threads but not be able to escape from under the bolt head. Old timey tech. that really works pretty good. I might have some copper washers here if you have trouble getting them. Are those 8 mm or 10 mm bolts?
