I'm having issues with my '93 Commemorative hatch. The alarm seems to come on (alarm horn has been removed)and drains the battery. I have an "AutoMate" unit (I think commmonly installed in Saabs by the dealers). The door opening function works fine, but I'm not sure whether the alarm gets deactivated. Along with this is sey alarm which won't shut off unless door is closed (key in or out makes no difference). Alarm goes away once car is started. I need to fix whatever is wrong. Any ideas guys? Help appreciated!
