Having the Alt light stay on until you rev it indicates that the brushes in the alternator are worn down below their service limit. Time to replace brushes and/or voltage regulator.
Having he brake fluid light and handbrake light glow lowly makes me think that the contacts in the ignition lock relay are very badly pitted. If you're adventurous, it's fairly easy to pop the relay out, take its cover off, release the moveable relay contact arm, and clean up the contacts with a Dremel wire brush or a point file. Bets are that, if it isn't new, the contacts are pretty rough.

Another thing to think about is water getting into the bulkhead connectors (between the fuse box and the inside of the car.
Everything that has gets power from the fusebox has a wire that gets connected through the bulkhead connectors.
Just for the heck of it, reach up behind the knee bolster at the drivers side kickpanel - you'll find 3 large bundles of wires, each going into a rectangular connector in the kickpanel. Move the top one around without removing it. That cleans off some corrosion on the pins.
