I take it there are no hot running issues? does it start up again if you shut it down and start it again?
1) Check the NTC coolant sensor (the one in the intake manifold between 2&3)
2) Maybe it is vapor lock - which would point at either the check valve at the fuel pump, or the fuel pressure regulator. A fuel pressure gauge can tell you definitively if this is the case.
3) Last and not least: the AMM could be bad. it has a temp sensor in it which tends to fail.
