That logic makes sense
You would need 1993 wiring (non - TCS).. The big challenge on these is finding a 1993 non TCS harness, etc. in the US most 1993 9000 cars had the crappy TCS. although I hear a T5.5 harness is almost the same as a 5.2 harness.
Anyway .. this would allow.
1. keeping A/c even on an automatic
2. not digging into clutch & flywheel if you dont need one..
5.2 conversion has been done.. but not standardized like 5.5 and 5.5 is better.. although for an approx 200 HP car without any wacky power... would probably be just fine..
Ok. now who wants to test my theory?..given I have no time for fiddling.. I think we have used all the tag words for this to come up in searches.. cheers.!
I guess the point to confirm would be if the CPS on a 2.1 900 is the same as as the CPS on a 1993 9000 turbo. (behind the harmonic balancer)
Since you can re-wire a 2.1 c900 to run off the dizzy hall sensor.. could you also run T5.2 off the dizzy hall sensor?.. I guess Mike D would be the guy to ask or the guys at Eero..
