I'll have to give eeuroparts a try. I'd rather support vendors like that than put money in the chain store pockets.
The ATF flush is on the list. The last flush I did on my Buick I preceded with a can of SeaFoam TransTune. Put on around 200 miles or so with it in the tranny to clean it up good then did the flush. Helped quite a bit with a hard-shifting problem. The Saab is shifting pretty nicely once engaged but is abrupt when going from Park to Drive.
Oil leaks as a rust preventative...ha..ha...I'm sure it's effective.
Fortunately, living in a dry Colorado climate I don't have to worry about that. My old Jags tended to need a garage diaper but I much prefer a dry engine. But hey...do whatever works for you :-)
