I wipe brake fluid on the o'rings and pistons to ease assembly and caliper grease (like AGS brake lubricant) on the moving metal components like the caliper to bracket grooves. You can use Girling rubber grease on the o'rings if you can get it but brake fluid works as well. You don't want to get caliper grease on the o'rings.
