Bruno, You could call Eriksson Industries in Connecticut. They used to rebuild them and might entertain the idea of doing yours.
I used to rebuild the C900 BW T37 automatic transmissions daily but eventually stopped owing to the fact that rebuilding one worn out T37 required hard parts from about four other T37's as new hard parts were only ever available from Saab. Saab had a "captive parts" arrangement with Borg-Warner.
Be aware that many common transmission shops will say they can do the job assuming that all they need to do is replace the consumable parts (discs, bands, o'rings, etc.) and that commonly available T35 hard parts will fit but the T37 tends to eat hard parts (drums, hubs, shafts, etc.) in normal use and very few T35 hard parts will actually interchange. A good T37 is a fine automatic transmission but neither Saab nor Borg-Warner were interested in providing for their long-term survival. That's one reason so many are swapped out for five speed manuals.
One more tip: Whatever you do, be absolutely certain that the shift control linkage is fully and properly adjusted when the rebuilt unit is installed. The C900 has redundant manual valve detent (who knows why?!) and if the two are not precisely synchronized the planetary gears will be stripped clean in about the first twenty miles of use. It is a fatal mistake to assume that the existing adjustment will be right for the replacement OR EVEN the same unit after rebuilding.
Sorry for being a downer, good luck, call Eriksson.
