900S Cold start question/issue

Lately I've noticed that if the car ('93 900S) isn't driven for a few days, while it turns over just fine, when it actually starts, it's a bit feeble - kind of like when I start my '73 MGB and need to give it some choke. With the SAAB, as I said, the actual startup seems not so vigorous. After driving it around a bit, it starts up just fine, but it's just when it sits for a day or two, the start seems a bit weak and it seems to need a bit of throttle. Wondering if cleaning the air intake might help or if this is a fuel issue?
Thanks!
-Robert
