Based on that photograph I'd say that if you very carefully and properly put that engine back together with those bearings in the same place they were in you can probably drive it for about another 150,000 miles. That bearing basically has it's cover layer partially wiped off, totally normal and fine and the tiny scratches are essentially irrelevant.
You could measure the crank journals and rod bores but most likely they will be right on the nuts and all you might do is polish the crank journals a little. You could install new standard size Glyco bearings if that makes you feel better. Check for small end bushing wear, cheap to fix if there is any. Did you check the thrust dimension before disassembly. It's probably fine too but you want to make sure before you head off to Bonneville or Daytona. Thrust bearings are NLA so take very good care of those and if they mic right (they will) you'll re-use them. Tell us what they mic and I'll tell you what the new spec is (once I go mic some).
These engines tend to run just fine forever in normal use. If they are oil starved or badly overheated that screws them up but I don't see anything there that suggests such abuse, just the opposite. Mostly all they ever need is gaskets and seals. Post more pictures.
