I am pretty sure it's not the bolt hole for the knee bolster, and also fairly certain it is not coming in the ventilation. The ventilation has been dry inside the car, and the drain from the evaporator box is clear, as is the auxiliary drain below the ventilation intake inside the car (both of these drains going to inside the right fender). Is there some other drain I should be looking at, that I don't know about in there?
The water is actually getting inside that door sill channel and then flowing in to the floor pan through these "scupper"- like channels (the one in the picture in my first post). I have all my carpets and seats out, so I can clearly see this. There is a drain hole in the sill channel, which is open/unplugged, going to ground. It appears that on my car, the water that finds its way into these sill channels is coming inside the car through the channel (pictured in my first post) before it makes its way to the under sill drain hole. Should I just plug the channel and leave it at that?
