I just finished replacing the front motor mount on my '89 SPG. Now at (Atlanta) highway speeds 90% of the wicked vibration problem I had is gone. The rest is out-of-round tires. Now it's as silky smooth on the road as an SPG can be (gotta add that qualifier :-).

The failed motor mount was worse than I thought it was going to be. There was a rip all the way around the rubber part of the mount and, when I took it off, it came apart. No fluid inside it.
