Questions about Mityvac Brake bleeding and other uses.

Is anyone here familiar with the Mityvac? It looks like a fairly simple tool, and would allow me to bleed brakes alone. Does it work? Does it work well for bleeding brakes AND clutch?
There seems to be two versions, basic and deluxe with pressure/vac gauge plus some attachments for checking vacuum lines. Do they both work well for bleeding? Is the tool useful for checking vacuum leaks or other things? Is the deluxe worth more than twice as much as the basic?
At $30 and $70 these seem like a reasonable solution for me. There has been some discussion in the past that vacuum is better than pressure, esp for bleeding the clutch. Also seems like it would be neater. And easier to keep the brake res full.
I would love to hear from those who have used this tool, and hear whether it was effective for them.
