Loose brake disc

This morning I finished the wiring of the new battery cables. Readings on the ECU were much higher when I started the car AND it didn't die after two seconds like porevious experience. I think the new bypass valve helped, as did readjusting the silicon intake manifold gaskets. I ended up going to Home Despot to buy a few metal clamps. At the hardware store price of 87 cents a peice, I'm sure the dealer would have charged me at least $4 a pair. The only trick I've learned with regard to the silicone gaskets is to make sure the clamp is at the top of the gasket. If you try to clamp farther down towards the engine it seems to omve around alot.
While installing the driver's side fender liner (I never put it back on this summer) I noticed that my front driver's side brake disc seemed a little loose. The wobble isn't dramatic enough to measure, but I could move the disc back and forth enough to hear a clicking noise. The ball joint is solid and the rack doesn't have any play in it either... so what do I need to fix? I assume that left unattended this will result in lots of tire wear - and I don't want that at all! The tires were one of two nice parts to the car when I bought it.
Is there a way to tighten down the disc? The discs are all probably original (120,000 miles) and have some pitting on their surface - no metallic squealing though, so I assume the pads are fine.
