Just kidding, I hear they do pretty good installs, and like us, I believe they warranty the installation for life. We are small potatos compared to them in terms of number of stores, but that may eventually change now that we're part of Best Buy.
Chains aren't necessarily bad, but I tend to agree that you can and often do get better service at a smaller shop (or smaller chain at least!).
Still...it could be worse. You could have paid $107 and had no warranty on the install! At least it was more than likely done right and will never need attention again, the way it should be. That is, unless you're like me and tend to change your stereo every year or so just for the heck of it. Maybe not the deck, but you know, rewire all the speakers, change your amp power cable, remove extra wiring you put in the year before, take out that unnecessary component, little tweak here or there, etc.. :)
