Same as window switches and EDU/clock lighting industry P/N 8640. $2.22 each @ WWW.topbulb.com (just where I happened to buy mine)
Remove the ACC panel from the dash. On the back, about half way in is 3 (grey on mine) 1/2 inch plastic 1/4 turn bulbholders labeled 14V 1.4W. A small straight slot screwdriver and 1/4 turn counter clockwise. Shake the bulb holder out. Remove the bulb by "unwinding" the leads, cut the new bulb leads to the same length and reinstall.
These are 90ma bulbs, not the 60 at Radio Shack (they are not as bright) size designator T-1_1/4
