You would probably need some zinc's in there too! Salt water actually would work to prevent freezing and boil over, but would do little to increase heat transfer. AND would make corrosion(rust) worse, making a good ground (and zincs) needed. (Zinks are used to prevent electrolosis corrosion in a marine enviroment,they rust first)
