I've got an annoying problem, and although it's been to the dealer 4 times (yes, 4 times) to correct it, the problem is still there.

When the fan turns slowly for the ACC system, I can hear a distinct whistling noise coming from the blower area behind the dash on the driver's side. It is quite loud, and sometimes increases in pitch/loudness as the car goes faster. It only happens when the fan is on low (such as when AUTO is on, and all it's doing is maintaining cabin temp). It does happen even when it's set to ECON and I set the fan on a low speed. I've removed the windshield cowl panel to gain access to the blower itself, and can hear the sound coming from that area. It only happens when the car is in Drive (under load).

So far, all they have done is replaced the ACC actuator, and that didn't help.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm off to drop it off for the 5th time tonight for tomorrow.
