Well I was driving south on a two lane road and she came up behind me then she changed to the right lane then squeezed back into my lane between me and a suburu....it was in middle of an intersection and I swurved hard left then back right to avoid the median......but yes she rubbed her paint from the bed of the truck down the whole passenger side fender of my car and luckly she clipped my mirror in a place that caused it to fold in towards my car....98 intrigue has a smooth rounded back if it were my saab it'd probably have been ripped off, but her paint is on the backside of my mirror too.

I did a cold report....Because I'm scared she will try and say i hit her. Even though she left the seen and there was another car the suburu who saw the whole thing.....I didn't stop the suburu cause I chased her to get her license plate number. But I was thinking since I work at the saab caddy collision center I would use some stuff to remove the paint from her car...seems the silverado left paint on my car but didn't damage mine....seems to rub off........I took pictures of it right after happened....But I think if my paint is damaged I am going to call DA and my insurance company "USAA" to hunt her down. If it isn't damaged I may let it go and keep my eyes out for her....If i find that bitch its on.
