The Bilsteins's will be rough I tell you, I've used them in the past on other cars and didn't like then at all..Too rough..Did you get that?
At this time I'm using SAS springs, with the stock struts/shocks. The car lowered 1 to 1 1/4 inches and still fealls pretty stock ride wise.
You want to look into getting the B&G or the AERO springs, possible SAS springs if you can. These are all about the least stiff that I know of. and have the lowest drop.
The AERO springs would probably work best for you, question is though, does anyone have some for sale?
If you need struts/shocks just get some new OEM stuff and you'll be fine. At least you know how they feel: comfortable!
