At least it seems you can get your Saab dealer to lok at your Saab. Recently, experienced what appeared to be a fuel pump or fuel computer problem with my '89 Saab and called the local dealer as they have the only diagnostic computer to evaluate the system. They agreed to the service so I had the car towed to the location. In the afternoon after not receiving a call back, I called only to learn they had called a tow truck to return my Saab to me without even a call to me. After expressing my dismay, the Chief Financial officer, Jim Ogburn refused to connect the car to his computer as my "'89 Saab has no value". Even after explaining I own four Saabs and had been a faithful owner for 24 years, he still refused to even test for the failure code to assist me. Needles to say I look for any opportunity I can find to report the poor service and rude behavior of the Raleigh, NC Saab dealer. Thanks for letting me vent..I still enjoy my Saabs
