Is there any change in the rumble dependant on load? IE; if you take your foot off the gas does it go away imeadiatly? Drivetrain will vary with the load, wheel bearings ussually won't. As to the motor mounts, does it get worse in say a right turn? This could be a sign of motor mounts letting the engine move and the drivers riding on a less worn area. A worn wheel bearing can change in a corner, but that type of wear should be detectable by jacking the car and checking for play in the tyre.
