You have a choice of two: factory (comprehensive but very expensive) or the Haynes UK manual. It seems no other manuals were ever produced for the 9000.
I'm assuming you are in the US.
I believe SaabNet sponsors can supply the Haynes manual, but I've no idea of the US price. Haynes list it on http://www.haynes.co.uk. I'm told it isn't listed on their US site, but is available from Haynes US by phone. It is a UK manual covering up to MY95, but that doesn't seem to be much of a hindrance for most of the US owners here.
Factory manuals come in a set or individually, covering different parts of the car. The full set is expensive, but it is possible to buy a single manual covering a specific part of the car (e.g. electrical system).
Again, I don't know the prices, but I believe SaabNet sponsors are again a good source.
Best to let someone else here who has the factory manuals advise you.
