These seem to be confined mainly to the "handedness" of the driving seat and associated bits. I'll bet playing with the pedals and the bottom of the steering column, which are a pain for a right-handed UK owner, should be a lot easier in the US.
For emissions, I think the only thing you have that we don't is the charcoal canister, which I think might be mentioned in Haynes anyway. OBDII with the second O2 sensor is not covered, but then I believe it only came in '96 and the manual only covers '85-'95. The 9000 was considered an exceptionally "clean" car here.
Power outputs, so far as I'm aware, are identical.
The A/C condensor fan, not fitted in the UK, is mentioned.
