I replaced all the dead bulbs in the dash over the weekend,..resoldering in the 60ma ones from Radioshack for the seat heater controls, they look great. I also first tried a (way too dim) 20ma for the headlight switch because I didnt think I could find a direct replacement. However I did manage to find what I think is the direct replacement from the autoparts store. It is not listed in (ma) milli-amps though. It is listed as a 12v 2.1 watt bulb. It still isnt bright enough in my opinion. My question is , is this the correct bulb? and what is the milli-amp equivalent to 2.1 watts? They also had a 14v bulb that looked exactly the same...will this work and be brighter? I have no clue. To all that are reluctant to take on this task , I can say that it is really quite easy and kinda fun...if your a little handy..and very rewarding when you see things lit up as they once used to be! You will need a soldering iron for the seat heater lights and a steady hand..the others just plug in, same bulb for the cigarette lighter as in the headlight switch.
