there are slight differences in the seat bottoms. The cutout on the side that has the seat belt buckle is slightly larger than other side. The result is that you have to cut back the yellow in the pad to keep it from showing. On the seat back, there could be a problem with the hole for the lumbar adjustment. The car I got the leather from did not have the adjustment on the passenger seat, so I didn't have a hole on the wrong side, but I did have to cut a new hole.
As Kyle mentioned, you just can't swap the whole seat.
By the way, getting the internal clips reattached on the seat back was very frustrating. The clip goes from the front to the back of the seat and connects to metal stays woven into the both the front and the back of the cover.
