JT downpipe, performance cat, 3" pipe with magnaflow or dynomax muffler. Avoid Flowmaster, as that's for normally-aspirated engines. I'm told it sends pulsations forward to help scavenge the combustion chamber of gases, but these pulses just end up impeding the turbo, when present.
You'd need to find a shop that does good quality welding. If you use stainless components, that shop would need to have experience welding stainless - MIG or TIG welding; avoid stick welding (messy). You can cut down on the labor charge by getting the downpipe to turbo bolts loosened yourself. They're a challenge. Need 6-pointed sockets, not 12, and universal joint, spray with penetrating oil for a couple of days prior.
I did talk with Bo Engstrom about this, too, and he seemed to think that middle of the summer he'd have a stainless cat-back system. It will start where the back of the old style cat is, approximately under the shift lever area. I'm going to wait for that for my '95, since I've had trouble finding good welding in my town.
