Fold down the fuse box lid. Look for 3 snap plug fasteners at the top edge of the fuse panel. Mine was missing one and another was broken. Lowe's has replacements in their automotive fasteners section. Pop these out. Now the hard part: if you just pull, then the top row of fuses may pull out of the panel along with the plastic trim. Coax the plastic around the fuses. Now you'll have access to 2 torx fasteners. Remove these and pull the entire fuse panel and relay panel down. I couldn't find a chart describing the relays as on my 86 9KT. I know the short white one is the cabin fan and wiper motor relay. The one with the hole in the top is the chime (and other things). I put a bit of self adhesive insulation on the top of that one to muffle the chime, others on this site have recommended cutting one of the tabs (do a search of this bb to find out which one) but I like having the chime, just not so loud. The removal process is about 3 minutes.
