I have an anomaly alert, too

Well, the TAQ ECU you sold me has given the same effect. My mileage is up from stock, though performance is obviously much higher. For example, this fill-up I've been averaging 28 in combo city/suburban driving, while I would probably get no more than 26 under these conditions with the Aero ECU and 2¼" exhaust system. With the stock setup, holding 28 mpg for any length of time under these conditions was impossible. BTW, I get around 35 mpg at a consistent 65 mph cruise with warm ambient temps, which is also higher than before. And one day it held 45 mpg on the instant MPG guage at 45 mph for several miles. There's a sense of satisfaction getting a boost in performance with a corresponding increase in fuel efficiency.
Anyway, how does it run now? Better than before? How much better? When are going to do a dyno run?
Speaking of dyno runs, the graphs you sent me reflect figures for your car with the smaller Garrett blower--so I would assume the Mitsubishi turbo will achieve a higher result. I just thought about that last week, that the ECU was probably programmed for your car, not an Aero--but it runs great with this setup, though it spools up quicker than before--maybe a bit too quick.
My base boost reading is low on my VDO guage (5.5 psi while factory spec is 7), but if I decrease the length of the diaphragm rod to increase base boost the spool-up will be even quicker. So I think I'll just leave it alone, because I'm getting fairly consistent 20 psi max boost levels (sometimes spiking to 23, then backing off) in 2nd-5th gears, and the quick spool-up is something I'm getting used to.
