Interesting.. Axxis was/is Repco !?
I've been using MetalMasters for a couple of Decades now, on a large variety of personal cars from Alfas to Saab to Lotus.. and have found them very well suited to everyday driving, certainly don't eat rotors any more than OEM pads, and in most fitments; less so.
Pricing is happily laughably low.. V Nice side benefit.
I have found their fist use inna morning braking power to be outstanding.. mine have never dissapointed when stone cold. Brake dusting IS a problem tho, so don't be expecting superb braking and dust free operation from Metalmasters. My local distributor is currently extolling the virtues of "Ceramic" pads, but after a few less than happy experiences with 'Performance Friction" Carbon Metallics.. I'm no longer willing to be the first on the block to try the 'latest'.
