I have a 87 9000S with 148,000 miles the car runs very well. Every two to three weeks I have to turn the key 4 -6 times to get the car to start.
There are no clicking noises just nothing engages. My guess is the brushes on the starter are wearing out. Any way to check this before I start taking things apart?
