I just solved a similar sounding problem with a second new bulb and clean up of the socket. Very weird to see all of the systems affected by a bad bulb. Check all bulbs, though sounds like turn signal, use meter or known good one. Also check condition of socket. Then start looking at grounds. There is one off of each rear taillight assy.
I had flickering dash/radio/acc lights on my '87. Finally found a loose ground behind the glove box. I got pretty good at pulling that glove box...
