Sorry. Lucked out getting out a frozen bleeder nipple on a rear caliper today by drilling first with a center drill followed by 7/32, then 15/64 with lithium gease to catch chips. Ran in a tap, then hooked it back up to the brake line to blow out the bottom of the nipple which had been cut away but was stuck inside. Don't know what SOP is, but this just happened to work out really well.
