Power window again (front, driver's side).
My power window stopped to work, after removing the panel I found that
the actuator can be run using voltage from the battery. Both ways, up and down, when connected to the harness (center console switch) it only works
goes down but not up (if I change polarity on the plug it works up and down). Now the harness plug shows 14 V on up and -14 on down (or vice versa).
In any case the voltage is present on the door harness plug when the console switch is depressed or raised, but when connceted to the actuator the actuator only works in one direction (dependend on the polarity). When connceted to the battery I can get it to work both ways...
What gives?????
How is it possible?
Has anybody had the same experience????
Thanks
