I just changed the upper torque arm bushes in my Aero. Easy job. The engine side can be pressed out in the car. I do suggest replacing this with the 2-piece polyurethane which you can be installed by hand with some water based lube. The chassis side can be removed and done easily off of the car, I installed an OEM bushing here.
I most of my SAAB parts through "Sobstory" (Montcrief Entprs.) here in the US (New Jersey) See link on TSN. I don't know how they do it but their parts are extremely reasonable and Jim the parts guy is very accomadating.
They also have a loaner tool specifically for this job available for a small rental fee.
I thought my bottom mounts would need replacing because the upper torque arms were thorougly shot. Amaingly they were in good shape.
good luck,
paul
