However the tire size on the Aero is 205-55-16, not 50 as you have. I think the 205-55-16 and 205-60-15 are pretty equal in diameter, so wonder if the 50 you are running is part of the problem.
Cornering is better with the Aero, but some of that is suspension. Actually the biggest difference I've observed is going to Michelin tires on the CSE. Cornering went absolutely to pot. Wet and snow are good, but real car handling is much poorer with the MXV4. Check past tire posts for good tire rec. Whether you change wheels or not, the biggest diff is likely to be a good tire.
