ACC I or II Right? Yep, the fan motor is supplied with a constant fixed 12 volts,controlled from contact 54 on the ignition switch through relay 21. The fan speed controller (item 220) varies the path to ground. SOOO, take the black wire at the fan motor, cut it and hook it to ground. The fan will run at full speed any time the key is on. bet your getting an error code on startup if its ACC II.
